Manchester United seeks the services of a distinguished player in Borussia Dortmund during the summer Mercato.
Manchester United is preparing a new plan to persuade Borussia Dortmund to abandon its young English striker, Jadon Sancho, at the end of this season.
United tried to sign the 21-year-old over the past summer, but the Dortmund management refused to give up on Sancho for less than 120 million euros.
The British newspaper “The Sun ” revealed that the German United States wanted to lure Dortmund officials into concluding a reciprocal deal, including the transfer of Sancho to Old Trafford.
She indicated that United’s management intends to use Englishman Jesse Lingard as part of the exchange deal, so that he moves to the Festival Lions in exchange for signing with Sancho.
Lingard, 28, is spending a loan period with West Ham United, to return to the Red Devils next June, after his brilliance with the Hammers.
It is noteworthy that Sancho has a contract with the German club until the summer of 2023, but there is an agreement between him and the Dortmund management to allow him to leave as soon as a suitable offer arrives for him.
